OUR ARCHERY CLASSES
Our group classes are designed to be safe, exciting, engaging and fun for archers of all skill levels.
(age 7 and above)
Don't have your own archery gear? No problem.
We have recurve bows, arrows, arm guards and finger protection available to rent for class.
ARCHERY CLASS SCHEDULE
Our group archery lessons meet on Saturday mornings at the archery range at Tampa Bay Sporting Clays.

$20/class or $70/month
Archery Lessons (Student Has Own Equipment)

We do not take reservations. If you would like to book a private group lesson for a group of 7 or more people, click here.

HOW IT WORKS
(by the numbers)
1: There's no need to call ahead and reserve space in a class unless you plan on coming with a group of more than 5 people. It is very rare that we do not have enough equipment for everybody. If your group is less than 5 people, there's no need to call for a reservation.

2: If you've made your donation on the website, please bring a printout of the PayPal receipt with you to class or have it ready to show on your phone. Otherwise, cash on-site works fine for class donations.
​
3: If this is your first lesson, the instructors will take you through a 15-minute orientation. During this orientation, you will be taught the range safety commands, introduced to the equipment and shown the proper technique for shooting a recurve bow. This orientation is mandatory for class.
​
4: If this is your first class and you have your own equipment, one of the instructors will inspect your gear prior to the lesson. This is for your safety, as well as to help the instructors assess what (if any) adjustments need to be made to your equipment. This inspection is mandatory for class.
​
5: This is Florida. Our classes are held on an outdoor range. It might rain... it might be hot... there may be bugs. Keep this in mind when dressing for class. Please wear closed-toe shoes and bring water, mosquito repellent, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat and rain gear as you feel you will need it.

Group Event with Equipment Rental
Per Person: $24*
​
*Minimum group size of 7 for a group outing. Maximum group size of 16 people.
*All participants must be at least 8 years old.
*Youth groups/events must have at least 1 chaperone per 5 individuals under the age of 15.
